This is for members with password problems.

Okay, I've noticed that many members have problems with their passwords. Problems with remembering it etc.

This thread is here to help you, so please continue to read if you have 'problemoes'...

I've lost my password/can't remember my password. I'm only here as an 'unexpected guest'. I want to sign in! What do I do?

Okay, you want to sign in?

Just go to Login. When you've got the page up on you're screen, you'll (hopefully) notice a text like this: Forgot password? <----Press there! It’s a link!

Okay, the next page that (hopefully) will appear on your screen is : Enter your username in the box below and we will send you your password via email

Then enter your username, and press: retrieve password! You should then get your password within a short time. Just cut and past the password from you're e-mail and sign in!



How can I change my password?

You can only change your password while you are signed in. Remember that....

Okay, go to 'profile'. See the page that appears on your screen? Good... See this?

Quote:

Change password: [BOX]
We suggest that you use 6 or more characters with a combination of letters and numbers.
Verify changed password: [BOX]




Just type in your new password and verify it. Then scroll down to the bottom and press: Change profile.

Congratulations, you now have a new password. (Hopefully a much easier one... )

So, dear members who can't sign in, please let me know of any problems etc...

I remember my password, and it says I'm logged in on the main screen, and then it says I'm not logged in when I try to do anything. :o

never mind, I tried to log in again, and clicked stay logged in, and it worked. :)

Eru: Mine went like that once! It got better after I disabled the "Content Advisor" in the IE options.

I am having some trouble with my password. I know I am typing it right, but I cant log in. I am trying to work it out. Hope for the best!
